General terms and conditions of business
1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with Xristos Pax, Meryem Cobanoglu.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. Delivery conditions
4.1 Shipping costs
Standard delivery within Germany is free of charge.
There is a surcharge of 3.99 euros for express shipping . You can find out more about express shipping in the offers.
4.2 Delivery options
We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
4.3 Incorrect address information
If the buyer provides an incorrect address and the resulting need for re-shipment occurs, we reserve the right to subsequently invoice a flat shipping fee of EUR 5.99. It is the buyer's responsibility to check that all address and contact details are correct before completing the order process.
In the event of non-delivery or refusal to accept delivery for reasons beyond our control, we will assume that the buyer has withdrawn from the contract. In such a case, our cancellation policy , which is listed separately, applies.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.

You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.
SEPA direct debit procedure
When you place your order, you give us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date of the debit at least one banking day in advance (so-called prenotification). A banking day is every working day with the exception of Saturdays, federal public holidays and December 24th and 31st of each year. The account will be debited before the goods are dispatched.
PayPal, PayPal Express
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
PayPal can offer registered PayPal customers, selected according to its own criteria, additional payment methods in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these methods; other individually offered payment methods affect your legal relationship with PayPal. To ensure the quality and durability of our textiles, they must not be tumble dried. Products that are put in the dryer contrary to these care instructions are excluded from any warranty or guarantee. Please follow the care instructions provided and dry the textiles in the usual way.

Order cancellation: If you change your mind, please contact us immediately to cancel your order. We will refund the full amount if your order has not been dispatched. Therefore, ideally you should contact us as soon as possible via our contact form .

If you order products through our online shop and have them delivered to your home or to the parcel shop, you will receive your order and shipping confirmation via your email address and, depending on the respective transport service provider, notification from Hermes or DHL about the parcel notification and possible delivery options.
The legal basis for the transmission of the email address to the respective parcel service provider and its use is Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR, based on our overriding legitimate interest in being able to offer the notification service to our customers and thus make shipping as customer-friendly as possible.
The transmitted data will be deleted by the respective service provider once the package has been delivered.

right of withdrawal
Consumers have a thirty-day right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be thirty days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Xristos Pax - owner Meryem Cobanoglu, Chorbuschstraße 24, 50259 Pulheim, Germany, info@xrpx.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You can electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by e-mail).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound to the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation to finance it. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the subject of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currencies or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for this.
